Orlando's Michelin-starred steakhouse located in The Ritz-Carlton! Specializing in steak & seafood, we started with oysters 🦪 and stone crab—super fresh, especially the oysters (zero fishy taste!). Also tried their steak tartare (raw beef + pickles = refreshing combo). 🥩🥒 For mains: 🔸 Dry-aged bone-in ribeye: Juicy, crispy exterior, melt-in-your-mouth tender—highly recommend! 🔥 🔸 Local whole fish (flounder): Deboned but lean (slightly dry). Saved by the creamy sauce with citrus "pearls"—unique texture! 🐟🍋 Dessert was a white chocolate "apple" filled with apple mousse + lychee sorbet—delicious! 🍏🍫🍨 Verdict: Steak = star ⭐, others were just okay.
