A Michelin-recommended restaurant right downstairs from the hotel, offering great service, elegant decor, and delicious cuisine. 🌟 1️⃣ For the appetizer, I ordered the black chocolate foie gras. The foie gras melted in the mouth as expected, but the slight sweetness of the dark chocolate and the sea salt on top created a perfectly balanced flavor. The addition of tangy citrus elements like orange, grapefruit, and kumquat, along with a fruity sauce, made the overall taste incredibly harmonious. 🍔 2️⃣ The restaurant also offered a complimentary pre-dessert. It had a cookie-like base topped with slightly sweet cream and sprinkled with Mexican-style spicy powder. The combination was truly unique! 🍪 3️⃣ The lamb was my favorite. The lamb was cooked to perfection, neither too tender nor too tough. The sauce had a cumin flavor, and it was paired with sour cream, which complemented the lamb beautifully. The dish also included roasted okra and carrots, topped with cumin-flavored chili flakes that added a nice touch. 🍖 4️⃣ The pork cheek was minced. Personally, I found it slightly salty, with a BBQ-like flavor. While I thought it was a bit too salty, my husband enjoyed it. 🍖 5️⃣ For sides, I ordered mushrooms. They were long, slender ones that were incredibly tender and smooth.
