Orlando Disney Trip

We visited during the Christmas holiday, and it was crazy crowded 😭. The rides were amazing, but the wait times were painfully long 😭 Highly recommend getting Genie+ (Lightning Lane) during peak seasons — it seriously doubles the fun! We had 4-day tickets but didn’t buy Genie+ at first — every popular ride had 1 to 1.5-hour waits. By day 3, we’d had enough and added Genie+ for the final day. Since it was last-minute, we could only select 3 individual Lightning Lanes, costing an extra $23 per person. Day 1 – Magic Kingdom Park 🏰 Overall a fun day, but here are some tips: Tomorrowland Speedway – Not worth a long wait 🚗💨. We thought it was a go-kart race, but it’s on a fixed track with no passing and stiff steering. We waited 40+ minutes for a letdown 😭. If short on time, choose Peter Pan’s Flight over It’s a Small World. Both are slow indoor rides, but Peter Pan feels more immersive ✨🧚. Day 2 – Hollywood Studios 🎬 Way more exciting than day one! Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge – Do ALL the rides and experiences here! Unbelievably immersive, with incredibly detailed buildings and high authenticity 🌌⚔️👍. Day 3 – EPCOT 🌍 We arrived late, so we didn’t ride much (thanks to the lines 😅). Mission: SPACE has two tracks: 🟠 Orange (Mars) and 🟢 Green (Earth). Don’t get in the wrong line! I tried the Orange (Mars) mission — intense g-force and pressure 🚀. Felt nauseous afterward but recovered within 30 minutes. Fun, but not for the faint-hearted 🤢💫. Must-ride: Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure! Super immersive and adorable Day 4 – Animal Kingdom Theme Park 🦁 This park is huge but closes early (8 PM, even earlier on non-holidays). Go early! It’s unique among Disney parks worldwide — filled with real animals and designed like a true animal kingdom . Zootopia is here! The show is fantastic The whole park is themed in greens and browns, with no obvious Disney icons — but you truly feel like you’re in the wild Hope this helps with your planning! ✨ Enjoy the magic — and may your waits be short and your memories bright! #US #Florida #Orlando
