Warm and Flavorful Fish Maw Chicken Rice Noodles 🍜 📍 Ji Bei Chuan Rice Noodles & Ramen 7750 Palm Pkwy suite 120, Orlando, FL 32836 ⏰ Operating Hours: Sun: Noon - 10:30 PM Mon - Wed: 11:00 AM - 10:30 PM Thu - Sat: 11:00 AM - Midnight I've always heard great things about Ji Bei Chuan's fish maw chicken rice noodles, but the location was a bit far. Now that it's opened near my place, I just had to give it a try! 🤣 💥 Must-Try Dishes: 🐽 Fried Pork Floss | $7.99 The fried items here are surprisingly delightful! The pork floss is super fragrant and has a nice, oily texture that's really satisfying. 😋 🍗 Korean Fried Chicken | $8/5 pieces Ordered this and it was freshly fried right in front of me—super hot and crispy! The skin is incredibly crunchy, and the meat is juicy and flavorful, reminiscent of the old-school fried chicken back home. 🥩 As for their rice noodles, they were just okay. The broth was quite flavorful, but the chicken was bland and disappointing. 🥲 When I asked the waitress how many pieces of chicken were in the dish, she said 6-7. But when it arrived, there were only three thin slices. 😔 The dish already included enoki mushrooms, and I added another portion for $2, but I only got two small handfuls. It feels like the base portion might have just one lonely mushroom! 😅 I might not be coming back a second time. 🤷♀️ #FoodieAdventures #OrlandoFood #FollowMeEating #Orlando #WeekendEats #Food #FoodieDiary #FoodieHunt #FoodieLife #WhatToEatToday #FeedThePhoneFirst #TrendingSpot #ExploreTrendingSpots #OrlandoTravel #OrlandoLife #MichelinRestaurant #HiddenGem #RiceNoodles #FishMawChicken #FriedPorkFloss
