Orlando Foodie Alert | Revisiting Jaleo by José Andrés

Four years later, I'm back at Jaleo by José Andrés, and it's just as amazing as I remembered. The flavors are still on point! 🎊 **Must-Try:** - **5J Ham (48 months)** 🍖: This is a must-order! Skip the 24-month version; it's not as flavorful. The 48-month ham is simply divine. - **Spanish Seafood Paella** 🍲: Normally, the regular size serves 4-6 people and is cooked over an open flame. Since we were fewer, we ordered the off-menu 1-2 person portion, which is made on the stove. The waitress mentioned there might be a slight difference, but honestly, it was still incredibly delicious. We devoured it in no time! - **Beef Steak** 🍖: This was a pleasant surprise. The steak was tender and flavorful, perfect for filling up. - **Tapas Galore** 🍔: We also ordered a variety of small tapas, like salmon roe cones, a selection of cheeses, and garlic shrimp. Most were great, except for the liquid olives, which were way too salty. Overall, Jaleo is still a fantastic Spanish restaurant. It's conveniently located in Disney Springs, has a lovely ambiance, and is quite spacious (with a second floor). The atmosphere is lively, with live performances. However, the portions are on the smaller side (since they're tapas) and slightly salty, so be mindful if you prefer lighter flavors. There are three dining options: - **A la Carte**: We chose this, with an average cost of around $90 per person. - **Prix Fixe**: This is a set menu for around $40 per person. - **Chef's Tasting Menu**: Available for $100 or $130. #Orlando #OrlandoFood #disneysprings #SpanishCuisine #RestaurantHopping #HiddenGem
