Osaka Children's Forest of Books(1) ๐ฒ
๐ The libraryโs book classification and display are not confined to age or conventional categories, making it very lively and open-minded. For example: Dear animal lovers, ๐โจ Beautiful things, Everyday, What is the future like, ๐โจ To Live/To Dieโฆ ๐ช In the middle of the library is a reading staircase, going up one level and down another, with a mezzanine in between. On both sides of the staircase are winding book corridors, and above is a slanted ceiling, creating a very interesting space. ๐ There are many places here where you can sit on the floor and read comfortably at any time: The corner under the low, slanted ceiling, The recesses on both sides of the main staircase, ๐โจ The strip area under the geometric staircase... All are cozy spots to curl up and read with peace of mind. In addition to the long table area, there is also a curved desk in front of the glass windows, where you can read in natural light and gaze at the river outside. ๐โจ The library regularly holds workshops and reading activities. On the day I visited, a themed book club was being held in a small room. Later, there was a quiet magic show in the table and chair area. ๐โจ Even though I couldnโt understand the language, I still felt entertained and happy. #Osaka ๐โจ
