Osaka City Museum of Fine Arts Reopens🌟🌸
Chinese Epigraphy Collection 🌿 The exhibition features rubbings from ancient Chinese stone inscriptions, all collected by Shigu Zhai. 🌟🌸 The museum has carefully selected pieces that are related to the theme of reconstruction. 🌇 1️⃣ The Nan Shiku Temple Stele, originally from the Northern Wei Dynasty in the third year of Yongping, was recently mentioned in the fourth episode of Lu Book discussing the Jingchuan Grottoes. What a coincidence! 2️⃣ The Kaifeng Baoye Road Inscription, originally from the Eastern Han Dynasty in the ninth year of Yongping, records the mobilization of 760,000 people by the Hanzhong Prefect over four years to open a dangerous path along the Baoye Creek, approximately 100 kilometers long, from Hanzhong to Shu. 🌟🌸 3️⃣ The Inscription of the Ministers' Tribute, originally from the Western Han Dynasty (158 BC), is considered the earliest existing Han Dynasty inscription. #Osaka 🌿
