✨ Osaka Museum of History (1) 🏛️
The Osaka Museum of History is a museum located in Chuo-ku, Osaka City, Japan, adjacent to NHK Osaka Broadcasting Station. 🌊🎢 This museum is situated to the southwest of Osaka Castle Park and to the northwest of the Namba Palace Site Park. 🌿 The museum features four permanent exhibition halls: the Ancient Period Hall, the Medieval and Early Modern Period Hall, the Special Exhibition Hall on Excavation History, and the Modern Period Hall. 🏛️ 🌸🍃Take the elevator from the 1st-floor lobby straight up to the 10th-floor Ancient Period Hall—Namba Palace Era. There, you'll see the Nara Period's Namba Palace Daigokuden standing tall. In the space reconstructed to its original scale, rows of vermilion pillars with a diameter of 70 centimeters support the structure, and the civil and military officials are neatly arranged. 🌊🎢 There are also large screens that provide an easy-to-understand introduction to court ceremonies, helping visitors step back into an ancient world beyond their imagination. 🌌 🌸🍃Take the escalator down to the 9th floor, where you can overlook the Osaka Castle and the Namba Palace site. The 9th floor is the Medieval and Early Modern Period Hall. 🌊🎢 In the Osaka Hongan-ji Temple Era section, we are transported back to the time when Hongan-ji fought against Oda Nobunaga. 🕉️ #Kyoto 🌿 #OsakaHistory 🏛️
