Oslo Aker Brygge β΅οΈ Salmon Feast under the Sunset
π° Average cost per person: Kr 600-700 π§ Norwegian Waffle ββ Kr 195 First time trying salmon waffles, loved the sweet and savory combination. The waffle part is just slightly sweet, soft and fluffy, topped with diced salmon, chopped onions, salmon roe sauce, and finely chopped chives, not greasy at all. π₯ Salmon Tartare ββ Kr 215 Overall, it's tangy. The sauce under the salmon has a strong lemon flavor, perfect for those who love sour! It feels a bit like Mexican salsa, and it's very generous with the caviar. Served with 3 slices of toasted bread, dipping the salmon in the sauce and eating it with the bread is just too delicious! πΈ Pink Collins ββ Kr 130 Pink gin, raspberry, and lemon juice, it's sour and not too strong. The waitress said this drink is great and complimented my choice βΊοΈ π₯ White Wine ββ Kr 185 White wine, my friend said it's good. Not much of a wine person, so just a brief mention. π About the restaurant: A small highlight worth mentioning, the restaurant has a waiting area with seats and a screen that constantly plays videos related to salmon, making the waiting time as comfortable and interesting as possible, which I really like. π₯ Additional note: Reservations are required, I didn't make one and waited for about half an hour. Sitting outside is more atmospheric, the restaurant is opposite the famous Aker Brygge β΅οΈ, it's really nice to eat salmon while enjoying the sea breeze at sunset. Shared a moment during the meal where I saw a newlywed couple taking wedding photos, the couple was posing while at least 10 friends and relatives were helping to take photos, so sweet! The service attitude is very good, and there's a very beautiful waitress in the store with great posture management! It's a restaurant I would like to experience again when I visit Oslo in the future, seriously recorded to leave some memories... π₯ #OsloCuisine #Oslo #OsloTravel #NorwegianCuisine #NorwegianSalmon #Salmon #NorwegianLife
