🥵The escargot here is absolutely amazing!!! The tender, crispy snails soaked in butter, paired with dry bread, had me devouring it like a hungry beast. I also tried the beef liver for the first time—delicious!!! The skin is crispy, the inside is tender, and it has a rich, hearty texture! It’s somewhat similar to stir-fried pig liver but even more satisfying and meaty! (It has a bit of a raw taste, so avoid it if you’re not a fan of organ meats.) I’ve realized that my interest in unusual ingredients makes me the perfect restaurant explorer. If it’s on the menu and I haven’t tried it, I’ll order it—no playing it safe!
