My personal favorite: The Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles) šš¦ Itās a standout you wonāt find everywhere in the city. Chilled noodles served separately, dipped into a deeply flavorful hot broth. Pro tip: Donāt pour the broth over the noodlesāitās meant to be enjoyed as a dip to keep the balance of flavor just right! The menu is thoughtfully curatedāyou really canāt go wrong with anything.
