Our Go-To Michelin Star Near New York 🌟

🌸If you’re only going to visit one Michelin-starred restaurant within an hour’s drive from New York, it has to be: šŸ“ Blue Hill at Stone Barns šŸ’°They have options for everyone—menus ranging from $400 to $40. Isn’t that amazing? āļøāļøThe tasting menu might seem pricey, but it includes over 20 dishes! (Check out the last picture.) So, on average, each dish costs just a little over $10. Isn’t that an incredible deal? Just remember to eat as little as possible on the day of your visit, or you’ll end up like my southern friend (usually a big eater) who couldn’t finish the last two courses. šŸƒ Dinner was full of delightful surprises, with so many interesting and heartwarming details and twists. I won’t spoil them all (check out my southern friend’s hilarious comments on Instagram), but here are a couple of the most creative dishes we thought were amazing: šŸŽ¢ My northern friend was blown away by the duck hearts and livers skewered on pine branches and placed among rocks—it was so poetic! My southern friend couldn’t stop raving about the ā€œbeef marrowā€ dish. A small tip: bring a friend or partner who loves to chat because the whole experience—visiting the farm before the meal—takes about 5.5 hours! And we were on the faster side. šŸ™ļø For lunch at the farm, the prices are much more affordable, and it’s a great way to make a day trip. You need to book in advance on Tock. The lunch menu is around $40 per person, and there’s also an option with a farm and restaurant tour, which is a bit pricier. ā°The restaurant isn’t open every day, so check ahead on Tock. #NewYork #MichelinExperience šŸŒ‡šŸŒŸ
