Our Go-To Michelin Star Near New York š
šøIf youāre only going to visit one Michelin-starred restaurant within an hourās drive from New York, it has to be: š Blue Hill at Stone Barns š°They have options for everyoneāmenus ranging from $400 to $40. Isnāt that amazing? āļøāļøThe tasting menu might seem pricey, but it includes over 20 dishes! (Check out the last picture.) So, on average, each dish costs just a little over $10. Isnāt that an incredible deal? Just remember to eat as little as possible on the day of your visit, or youāll end up like my southern friend (usually a big eater) who couldnāt finish the last two courses. š Dinner was full of delightful surprises, with so many interesting and heartwarming details and twists. I wonāt spoil them all (check out my southern friendās hilarious comments on Instagram), but here are a couple of the most creative dishes we thought were amazing: š¢ My northern friend was blown away by the duck hearts and livers skewered on pine branches and placed among rocksāit was so poetic! My southern friend couldnāt stop raving about the ābeef marrowā dish. A small tip: bring a friend or partner who loves to chat because the whole experienceāvisiting the farm before the mealātakes about 5.5 hours! And we were on the faster side. šļø For lunch at the farm, the prices are much more affordable, and itās a great way to make a day trip. You need to book in advance on Tock. The lunch menu is around $40 per person, and thereās also an option with a farm and restaurant tour, which is a bit pricier. ā°The restaurant isnāt open every day, so check ahead on Tock. #NewYork #MichelinExperience šš
