Overall, a fantastic and luxurious experience!! ✨🏨

This truly is a luxurious hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the elegant ambiance and top-notch service. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. 🧹✨ The staff was excellent across the board—always friendly, professional, and eager to help. A special shout-out to the concierge team for their great recommendations! 🙌 And the food was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed several meals at the hotel's restaurants and were blown away by the quality and presentation. 🍽️😋 We only have two very small complaints, but they are worth mentioning… The pool area is fantastic and features a great water slide that the kids loved! 🎢🌊 However, there is a distinct lack of seating near the slide itself. So if you want to keep a close eye on your kids while they're enjoying the slide, you really just have to stand there, which isn't ideal. We also ventured over to the stunning Waldorf Astoria pool next door, which was absolutely gorgeous and had plenty of loungers!! 😍🏊♀️ Definitely a great perk! My other minor complaint is that our room key card never worked to get in or out of the guest garage. 🚗❌ I had to pull a ticket when entering and then press the call button for assistance when trying to leave each time. The staff over the intercom were always helpful and opened the gate remotely quickly, but it was again, just a minor inconvenience. Despite these tiny hiccups, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely, without a doubt, stay here again on our next trip to Orlando!
