Paris: How is the legendary one-star Michelin restaurant that never di

Le Violon d'Ingres 135 r. St-Dominique 75007 Paris 🍣 Photos 1 & 2: The first two finger foods were delicious, including a crispy roll with salmon and cod. 🐟🍣 It's been too long and I can't remember clearly. 🍮 Photo 3: Duck liver with port wine jelly and gingerbread crumbs, tasty and not greasy. 🦆🍷 🥗 Photo 4: Scallops that look particularly appetizing, served with a side salad. 🐚🥒 🦞 Photo 5: Blue lobster risotto, well-seasoned and delicious. 🦞🍚 🐟 Photo 6: A fish dish paired with caviar and champagne sauce. Unfortunately, I found a bone in it. 😣 The staff didn't react much when I reported it, which felt inappropriate. Finding a bone in a Western meal is considered a serious mishap. 🤔 Photo 7: I really can't remember what this was, seemed to be a fish, but it was terrible. 🥩 Photo 8: The beef was average. 🐮 🧀 Photo 9: Not a cheesecake, but spicy cheese, a signature dish of the restaurant, but I couldn't stand it. 🔥🤮 The taste was so strange I spat it out after one bite. 🍰 The desserts that followed were all very good. 🍨 To be honest, high expectations led to disappointment; perhaps the seasonal dishes this time were not as innovative as desired. 😕 The reference time is the lunch menu from early February of this year. 📅 I wonder what dishes friends who go there now will taste and if the flavors have improved? 🍽️💬 #MichelinRestaurantExploration #FrenchCuisine #RestaurantRecommendations #GlobalFoodAndDrinkSquad #ParisianFrenchCuisine #ParisExploration #ParisFood #ParisMichelinRestaurants #OneStarMichelin
