Paris: The Legendary Michelin Star Restaurant đ
You Canât Go Wrong With â Le Violon d'Ingres The first two finger foods were delicious, especially a crispy roll with salmon and cod. I canât remember the details since it was a while ago. đ The duck liver with port wine jelly and gingerbread crumbs was tasty without being overwhelming. The scallops looked especially appetizing and came with a side salad. đ„ The blue lobster risotto was perfectly seasoned and flavorful. đŠ There was a fish dish paired with caviar and champagne sauce. Unfortunately, I found a fishbone in it, and when I mentioned it to the staff, they didnât seem to react much. This is quite unacceptable; finding a fishbone in Western cuisine is a serious issue! đ± The spicy cheese is one of their signature dishes, but I really couldnât handle it. The taste was so strange that I had to spit it out after just one bite! đ€ą Fortunately, the desserts at the end were quite good! đ° To be honest, I had high expectations and ended up disappointed, probably because I encountered a less-than-stellar seasonal menu. My visit was in early February of this year. I wonder what dishes the friends visiting now are experiencing and if the flavors have improved? đ€ #MichelinRestaurantReview #FrenchCuisine #RestaurantRecommendation #FoodieAdventures #ParisianDining #ParisFoodie #MichelinStarParis #OneStarMichelin
