Paris' Finest Michelin 🌟 Septime
🌟Septime is undoubtedly the best one-star restaurant in my mind, consistently ranking on THE WORLD'S 50 BEST RESTAURANTS list, currently at number 22 (although there are many controversial entries on this list, such as eleven madison park). However, it is also the most challenging restaurant to book in Paris. I've only managed to secure a reservation once over the years, and that was thanks to a friend who called in at the exact moment reservations opened, even the hotel's concierge couldn't get a table. 🌟The chef is also an alumni of Arpege, and the restaurant follows a modern bistro style (which is probably why it remains at one star), making extensive use of seasonal vegetables and fish. When I visited, it was summer, and every dish looked fresh and clean, adorned with fruits, vegetables, and herbs, making them appetizing yet refreshing. However, the protein content is still high, with three fish dishes and one meat dish, so you don't have to worry about leaving hungry. Even the boiled green vegetable soup was enhanced with prosciutto, which had a similar effect to Jinhua ham. 🌟There were no disappointments from start to finish, and there was no sense of repetition in the taste, truly deserving of its long-standing position in the world's top 50. The dinner, which includes 7 courses plus wine pairing, is less than 200 euros, so if you can get a reservation, you definitely have to go for it. #WhereToGoForVacation #France #Paris #Michelin #MichelinRestaurant #MichelinRestaurantExploration #MichelinOneStar #ParisFood
