Paris's Newest Trendy Restaurant: Boubale 👼🏻
👼🏻It's the perfect spot for a date with its atmospheric bar and bistro vibe. Located right next to BHV, it's been under renovation for a while and has finally opened, so I rushed over to check it out. 👼🏻The chef is the renowned starred 🌟Israeli chef Assaf Granit, and the restaurant offers a fusion of Israeli and Eastern European flavors. The chef's menu incorporates many traditional tastes and culinary skills passed down from his grandmother. For example, there's the willow leaf steamed dumplings. When they arrived, I was stunned 😂The waiter said these are the chef's specialty, and both the taste and the way they're wrapped follow the traditional methods of his grandmother. I thought to myself, isn't this a specialty from Sha County? After taking a bite, I found it filled with lamb and fennel, omg, the familiar taste, I could eat 10 of these 🤣 👼🏻I particularly enjoyed the appetizers and dumplings 🥟on the menu. The seafood and sashimi in the appetizers were delicious! The main course was a bit of a letdown because it arrived too late and we were too full to enjoy it. The atmosphere of the restaurant is such that the later it gets, the dimmer the lights and the louder the music, by 11 pm, we were pretty much feeling our way around in the dark. There's also a constant supply of free shots from the waitstaff, and by the end of the night, many guests were dancing 💃🏻 👼🏻For cocktails, I highly recommend trying the pink chouchou 🩷—a combination of beauty and strength~ #AutumnCityWalkMap #EveryMomentWorthCapturing #WeekendGetaways #FranceTravelGuide #ParisFood #HiddenGemRestaurants #DateNightRestaurants #AtmosphereRestaurants
