Paris | 🌟🍽️ Alan Geaam

A French-Lebanese fusion Michelin-starred restaurant 🌟 Google rating of 4.8, which is really high, so I went with curiosity to check it out. First time trying a fusion of French and Lebanese cuisine. You can taste the characteristic bold flavors of Lebanon, but combined with French cooking techniques, a magical combination for the palate! I ordered the "Surprise Menu," not knowing what it would include, just eating whatever the chef brought out. One of the appetizers: peanuts🥜 made from foie gras, placed alongside real peanuts, it's hard to tell the difference. One of the main courses: Ris de veau (veal sweetbreads) were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I think they were better prepared and tasted better than what I had at a three-Michelin-starred restaurant before!! Thumbs up👍 Overall, the presentation was exquisite, the flavors noteworthy, and the value for money high. If you haven't tried Lebanese-influenced French cuisine and want to try something new, give it a shot. Located near the Arc de Triomphe. #FrenchCuisine #MichelinRestaurantExploration #DateNightRestaurant #RestaurantRecommendation #AtmosphereRestaurant #HiddenGemRestaurantShare #ParisMichelinOneStar #ParisMichelinRestaurant #ExpressingRomanceWithFood #GlobalFoodAndDrinkSquad #CulinaryArt
