🌟 Paris | A Starry Lebanese-French Fusion 🌟
📍 Alan Geaam, a Michelin-starred restaurant It's a fusion restaurant of Lebanese and French cuisine. This was my first time trying Lebanese food, and it was a pleasant surprise. The chef is Lebanese and uses many Middle Eastern spices in the entire menu, but overall, it's quite acceptable. There's a bit of creativity in the dishes, such as the crispy leaf chips on the tree, the fake foie gras peanuts in a pile of real peanuts (which are delicious, I love them 🤤), and the cherry jam in a tube. Lamb is their specialty, but for me, it's a bit too strong in flavor. The desserts are generally quite ordinary. The pre-dessert cantaloupe cream is too sweet with too much given, and I even found the main dessert unpalatable. The petit fours are quite cute, though 😂 Price: 158€ per person #France #Michelin #MichelinRestaurant #MichelinRestaurantDiscovery #Paris #ParisLife #ParisMichelinRestaurant
