Paris | Found the Spot Where the Old Money Dines on Caviar!
Paris is not just home to many “famous” restaurants, but also to intimate, small-scale, niche eateries. 😎 A good friend brought me to this place: ⚫️La Maison du caviar 1956 It’s a restaurant that specializes in high-end caviar, established by the exclusive importer of caviar founded by the Shah of Iran in 1956. 🕶️ The caviar here is indeed divine. You can choose from different varieties of caviar based on your preferences, and there’s even a tasting session. Whether you like it saltier, creamier, or with a nutty flavor, your desires can be directly satisfied. 🤤 Unlike other restaurants where caviar is used as a garnish, here, caviar takes center stage. 🌟 The three caviar platters are a gourmet feast for enthusiasts, and the caviar scrambled eggs are also incredibly delicious!! 🐣 Because we ordered the platter, we chose the crab meat version for the pasta. Next time, I’m planning to try the caviar pasta. 🍝 It’s a hidden gem and niche, the guests dining here are all middle-aged+ and dressed in glamorous attire. Stepping into this restaurant feels like walking into a movie scene. 🎥 #ParisOldMoneyRestaurant #ParisDining #Foodie #EatWellToday #HiddenGemRestaurantShare
