Paris | Michelin Star🌟 Near the Eiffel Tower

🇫🇷 ** Pigeon with Flaky Pastry Was a Delight!** A French restaurant just a stone's throw away from the Eiffel Tower, located in the 7th arrondissement and awarded a Michelin star last year. 🌟 🍴 **The ambiance is simple yet modern**, with white tablecloths, white cushions, and white walls. When we visited, four of us ordered two appetizers, three main courses, and two desserts. 🦞 **Lobster Salad** (I didn't take a photo, boo-hoo!) The lobster meat was firm and bouncy, and there was plenty of it. The overall dish was very refreshing, with crisp vegetables that added a nice textural contrast to the lobster. It was a great palate-opener. 🍲 The second appetizer was **Tuna Tartare**, which I also forgot to photograph. But I remember it being delicious! Starting with two refreshing appetizers was a great choice. 🥣 The **star of the show was the Pigeon with Flaky Pastry**! It was incredibly delicious. The buttery, flaky pastry was similar to a Wellington steak, and the pigeon meat inside was tender and succulent. The sauce was perfectly seasoned, and the whole dish was not at all greasy. The presentation was stunning. 🌟 🥩 **Pepper Steak**: No need for many words—delicious! 😋 The sauce had visible chunks of black pepper. I personally think a medium-rare steak is the most perfect, and it's also the best test for the chef. The extra sauce was perfect for mopping up with bread—so aromatic! 🥪 🐟 **Whole Fish**: Before cooking, the waiter brought out the whole raw fish for us to see. The fish was served whole, deboned and sauced right at the table. It had a strong sense of ceremony. The fish was tender and delicious overall. However, having grown up eating freshwater fish in my home country, I didn't have high expectations for European fish. 😂 🍮 **Signature Soufflé**: When it was served, it was drizzled with a rich caramel sauce. It was heavenly! I haven't had a bad soufflé in France yet. 🥧 The combination of strawberry and mint ice cream 🍓🌿 was perfect—sweet but not cloying, and it was a great way to end the meal. 🍨 You can check out the menu on their website in advance. The service was excellent, and the bread served before the meal was delicious. The average cost per person was around 100€. 💰 #food #ParisianDelights #ParisianRestaurants #FrenchCuisineRecommendations #HiddenGemRestaurant #OffTheBeatenPath #ParisMichelin #ParisMichelinOneStar #ParisianEating #RestaurantRecommendations #FrenchCuisine #StudentEats #ParisianLife #FoodieBlogger #FoodieBloggerDaily #FoodieAdventures #ParisRestaurants
