Paris | Michelin Starred 🌟 Restaurant Alan Geaam
Recently, this place has been gaining a lot of popularity 🔥 on Google. It's a Lebanese-French fusion restaurant located near the Arc de Triomphe. First of all! The food here is delicious. My sister and I agree that, despite the very distinct Lebanese spices, the taste is surprisingly refreshing and sweet because the ingredients are good enough. Especially the scallops, almost rare, but without any fishy taste. The first bite is a burst of rich sauce, creamy aroma, and the sweet and juicy texture of the scallop meat. For the main course, I chose the recommended neck meat. The sauce was very sour. I like sour flavors, so it was just to my liking 😍. This restaurant is quite fun. There's a potted plant on each table, which I thought was just for decoration. Unexpectedly, the leaves 🍃 on top were actually pre-meal snacks with a taste of rendered pork fat. Fragrant and hilarious! The appetizer of foie gras was made to look like peanuts, and my sister asked me: "Why did they bring a plate of peanuts?" Short-sighted people will really be confused by a plate of real and fake peanuts. In addition to the desserts on the menu, we were served many more throughout the meal.
