Paris | My Favorite Delicious and Beautiful Meals Lately

📍 **Tigermilk** Fusion Mexican Cuisine This restaurant has multiple locations across Paris! I absolutely love the atmosphere and the food here—it's perfect for both dining and drinking. I've pretty much tried the entire menu and here are the dishes I keep coming back for: Appetizers: - **Guacamole**: A must-order for any Mexican meal! 🥑 - **Sweet Creamy Tacos**: Sweet potatoes with jalapeno and pomegranate—a unique and delightful flavor! 🍠 - **Pollo Tacos**: The chicken is tender and the sauce is surprisingly flavorful! 🍗 Main Courses: - **Costillas de la Madre**: Honey-glazed ribs that are incredibly aromatic. I could eat a whole rack by myself! The accompanying roasted baby potatoes are surprisingly sweet, though not always—maybe it depends on the batch. 🍖 - **I'm on a Date Quesadilla**: I tried the pork version when the mushroom one was unavailable, but the mushroom and cheese quesadilla is definitely the better choice! Enjoy it while the cheese is still hot and melty. Even if you're not a mushroom fan, this is a delicious treat! 🧀 - **Tigermilk Ceviche**: I had never tried ceviche before, but this one is so refreshing. The fish is marinated in a coconut milk-based sauce that is light and not at all greasy. The fish itself is mild, so drizzle a bit more sauce on it. The roasted sweet potato is also great dipped in the sauce. The addition of mango, pomegranate, and onion really elevates this dish! 🍍 Desserts: - **Dulce de Leche Cheesecake**: The top pick for dessert! The caramel sauce and graham cracker crumbs on top are sweet and fragrant, but the cheesecake base is not overly sweet, balancing out the caramel perfectly. It's just delicious! 🍰 - **Brioche Perdu (Pain Perdu)**: This version feels a bit too sweet. It comes with whipped cream on top, but I think it would be even better with ice cream. 🥧 - **Tiramisu Maracuya**: Not recommended—it feels quite ordinary. 🥧 #food #GlobalFoodieSquad #ParisianCuisine #HiddenGems #RestaurantReview #RepeatVisits #RestaurantRecommendations #ParisTravel #BeautifulMealsInParis
