Paris | Savoring the Elegance and Romance of Michelin Cuisine

💰 Dinner is 130 euros for 5 chapters, 150 euros for 6 chapters, great value for money 👍 🥰 Perfect for dates, casual get-togethers with friends 🏠 The ambiance is great, not overly luxurious, and relaxed I chose the 5 chapters option, Which amounts to over 20 dishes if you count each one. Because each chapter has at least 3 different ways to enjoy, They serve about three or four plates 😋 More than enough to enjoy~ The chef is quite young, around thirty, and very talented. Their staff are called storytellers, Because the meal is served in three chapters, each with its own story 😉. Here’s a little sharing of the dining process 🤗 ✨ First, the bread as an appetizer There’s a choice with nuts and without, served with their own butter. ✨ First Chapter: Snails 🐌 are the theme, served three ways Snails with salad, crispy fried baby snails, and snail dice with a French sauce and cucumber slices The taste is decent. ✨ Second Chapter (my favorite 😍): Lobster, four dishes in total Whole lobster meat, lobster claw baked with lobster meat dice, Fried lobster cake, lobster salad (for a light appetizer, lobster lovers can order this alone for just 35 euros!) The lobster meat is particularly tender and firm. ✨ The Third Chapter is veal: Two-month-old veal, the texture is really 👍 Soft and glutinous, paired with tuna The flavor is aromatic and worth a try. ✨ The Fourth Chapter is for desserts: A refreshing sorbet, including a basil sorbet, I find it has a grassy flavor, Those who prefer light flavors are in for a treat I even tried making this sorbet a few days ago, haha 😁 ✨ The Fifth Chapter is dessert: Three ways to enjoy figs, and it completely won me over! The cream is delicate, the figs are soft and glutinous, Not overly sweet, not cloying, even those who are sweets-averse will be fine!
