Paris | Super Chill Google High-Rated Creative Cuisine 🍽️

There's no shortage of delicious food in Paris! My experience has taught me to avoid the internet-famous restaurants and try everything else. 🌟On my last night in Paris, I dedicated my dinner to Mova, a creative restaurant with a 4.8 rating on Google Maps. It lived up to its reputation: understandable flavors, satisfying portions, and excellent quality. I forgot to take a photo of the menu, but the price was around 70 euros for 8 courses, with wine pairing at an additional 50 euros (much cheaper than other fancy creative dishes). The overall theme is traditional French cuisine with a twist, incorporating some molecular gastronomy. 🌟A few dishes that left a strong impression: marinated cucumber with scallops, asparagus pastry, and tiramisu dessert. The marinated cucumber was incredibly refreshing, the pastry used in a dish was a bit magical yet delicious, perfectly paired with asparagus. The final tiramisu was a masterful blend of old and new, deconstructed and reimagined, offering a unique yet familiar taste. #FrenchCuisine #MichelinRestaurantExploration #ParisFoodDiscovery
