And it's a dessert from a barbecue restaurant!!! The barbecue is also delicious! Here's the story: I got lost and stumbled upon this Korean barbecue place. It was cold and I was hungry, so I just walked in without thinking, and I was so lucky, so lucky that I didn't have to wait in line at this popular restaurant! 🍖🔥 At first, I didn't have high expectations, but after a few bites, I started to be truly happy! It was just so, so good! My friend and I ordered two sets and added some more meat and vegetables. The sets come with several side dishes, and the main course meat portions are generous, with very authentic flavors, rivaling the barbecue I had in Seoul. The decor is also particularly high-quality, very clean and upscale, with a comfortable layout, and the waitstaff are all very cute and friendly! 💁‍♂️💁‍♀️ How to describe its texture, the matcha is like the tender leaves of early spring, the cheese is rich yet light, with a balanced sweetness and bitterness melting in the mouth. Scooping to the bottom, the ladyfingers soaked in coffee liquid are sturdy and do not fall apart, with layers of texture stacking up, providing great support. The delicacy and richness upon entering the mouth, we were both wowing and praising! 👏 The dessert was so outstanding, it deserves special praise! Quickly mentioning the dishes, the side dishes were honestly average, don't eat too full, save room for the meat! Carbs with mayonnaise are really hard to mess up, so the mashed potatoes and other sides were great! The main course meat was also excellent, we were very, very satisfied!! The Korean waiter helped to cut and grill the meat. By the way, the Korean waiter who served us was very impressive, professionally studying musical instruments, studying during the day, performing on weekends, and working part-time at the restaurant on weekdays.
