My Parisian friend recommended this restaurant, saying it's a place where only authentic French people would come. There weren't many reviews online, so I vaguely booked a table on the same day, not expecting it to be packed afterwards. The small space was filled to the brim with French locals. 🥩 Foie Gras En Entrée The most recommended dish, a portion of fatty goose liver complemented by a touch of fig jam, the aroma of the liver fat explodes in your mouth. The restaurant also provides apple slices to help cut through the richness, making it a very impressive appetizer. 🦆 Duck Confit If you haven't had confit de canard in France, it's like you've never been to France! It's a super classic dish with crispy duck skin and firm meat. Served with green beans and mushrooms to cut the greasiness. The little potatoes also have a very springy texture. But this dish was too rich for me; by the end, it felt like I was the one being confit in oil. 🥩 Notre Entrecôte I recommend this dish as your main course! It's especially fragrant! I really loved it. The steak is just the right thickness and has a great chewy texture. Their seasoning is very skillfully done, highly recommended! 🍮 Crème Brûlée A classic caramel custard pudding, with a crispy caramel crust complementing the rich, creamy custard. It's a great way to end this ancient French meal! #FrenchFoodExploration #ParisRestaurantRecommendations #Restaurant
