Paris 🍗Ōrtensia | Time for Beautiful Nikkei Fusion Cuisine!

I absolutely love this hidden gem in the 16th arrondissement of Paris—Ōrtensia, a Michelin one-star restaurant. Many people recommended it as being perfect for Asian palates, but I think the service is even more tailored to Asian guests than the food itself. 😍 The Japanese waiter speaks four languages and even explains the dishes in Chinese when we don't understand—super considerate! The restaurant is small but has a very relaxed atmosphere, with a decor that exudes Japanese warmth. It's perfect for a leisurely meal and conversation. 🌸 The appetizers are super creative! There's a dish shaped like charcoal, and another with chicken wings wrapped in salmon and mayonnaise. The craftsmanship is impressive and they taste amazing! The main courses focus on seafood, beef, and mushrooms. The caviar beef tartare and the fish sashimi are particularly well-blended in flavor and beautifully plated. 🍣 By the time we got to dessert, we were pretty full, but the rose shaved ice and strawberry freeze-dried ice cream were still delightful. It's clear the chef has retained a lot of Japanese dessert styles. 🍓 If you're dining with parents and looking for a fine dining experience with a touch of Asian flavors, this is a great place to try! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 #ParisMichelin #ParisRestaurantRecommendations #FrenchCuisine #JapaneseFoodie #OneStarMichelin #FoodieAdventures #ParisFoodie #ParisTravel #FoodieCheckIn
