Paris 🇫🇷 Finally got to try the iron pot seafood pasta

IL FARNIENTE 💰 20-25€ per pot of pasta - Celebrating my birthday week with a pasta feast and finally tried the iron pot pasta I've been saving on my list. What a delightful surprise! 🎉 👍 Highly recommend the seafood pasta Fettucine aux gambas, poulpe, lotte au safran et herbes: It comes with large shrimp, octopus tentacles, and a type of meat (the menu says chicken, but it tasted more like fish 😯). The freshness of the seafood combined with the rich sauce is incredibly satisfying and never gets boring. 🍤 👍 Méli Mélo d’orechiette et maccheroncini fraîches en cocktail: The tomato orecchiette pasta is paired with asparagus and chicken mushrooms, and it comes with large beef meatballs (not the chewy type like in Chaoshan beef balls, but more of a meaty texture, which I really enjoyed). 🍅 📒 This cozy little place is full of surprises and warmth. Their specialty is iron pot pasta, and they don't offer pizza—just a variety of high-quality fettuccine dishes. The complimentary anise biscuits with the pre-dinner drink were also delicious. The owner is very laid-back, and the service is on the slower side (about 1 hour), so it's not ideal if you're in a hurry. But if you have time to spare, it's a truly enjoyable experience to savor a leisurely meal here. 🥪 😋 Next time, I'll definitely try the truffle cream series (the foie gras flavor looks amazing). I couldn't try it this time because I was full from a big cake and didn't want anything too rich. 🍄 #ParisianEats #ParisianCuisine #RestaurantRecommendation #ParisianItalianFood #ParisianPasta #Paris #ParisTravel #ItalianCuisineInParis #HiddenGemRestaurant
