Paris | Falling in Love with a Low-Key Michelin Restaurant 🥹

Recently, I visited a French-Korean fusion Michelin restaurant that's not far from home, but I only had the chance to experience it recently. I immediately fell in love with it! 😍 The Chef is Eric TROCHON, a 2011 Meilleur Ouvrier de France 🇫🇷. The entire restaurant, including the kitchen team, is composed of both Asian and Western faces, which feels very welcoming. The restaurant's design and atmosphere are also great, simple yet exquisite and comfortable. The menu changes with the seasons, blending French cuisine's richness with Asian ingredients in a sophisticated way. Think kimchi with lobster, tea soup with foie gras. It feels like my taste buds have been expanded in all directions, satisfying both my Asian and French culinary cravings! 😋 The presentation of the food is also a pleasant surprise, with great colors, decoration, and texture. Some dishes even have a sensual, delicious appeal haha. Tip: In addition to this, I'd like to recommend another restaurant by the chef, OTTO by Eric Trochon, which focuses on tapas-style sharing, similar to Freddy's, and has excellent Google reviews. Can't wait to try it next time! 🤤 #ParisFrenchCuisine #France #ParisFood #ParisLife #FoodRecommendations #HiddenGemFrenchRestaurant
