Paris Cafe Exploration | Come to 46&3rd for Brunch

❣️Hop on a roller-coaster-like speedy metro ride to Arts et Métiers for some brunch. 🧩46&3rd is right next to the Arts et Métiers metro station, easy to find. The cafe has plenty of seating and the prices are not expensive. We ordered an avocado salmon bagel and a Pancake American (which is a savory pancake). The portions are really generous, and the pancake is a thick soufflé-style one, very fluffy. Their maple syrup isn't too sweet, so even pouring it all over doesn't make it overly sweet or cloying. 🧩The coffee here is quite good. The barista's latte art is cute, and I'm not sure what the design on the bottom one is, but it's also quite fun. 🧐Lastly, the sound system is Devialet. I noticed the sound system because my sister and I were discussing how the music playing in the cafe was all old English songs, and the sound quality was decent. So, I looked up to find the speaker system, and it turned out to be from Devialet.
