The restaurant has a transparent floor-to-ceiling window facing the kitchen at the entrance, allowing you to see the female chef and other masters busily preparing. Upon entering on time, you can see the details; all the fresh flowers at each table are handmade from pink wax. There are two price options for dinner, a 5-course and a 7-course menu (with two additional flower-themed dishes). 🍽️🗼We chose the 5-course menu without pairing this time～For two people, excluding alcohol and including tip, it was 344 euros. The entire course used a variety of fruits and vegetables, with a rich flavor profile. Everything was great except for my friend's dislike of beetroot! The meat part of our menu included oysters, cod, and pigeon, with the pigeon being exceptionally delicious 😋. Next time, we'll try the 7-course option～However, as a one-Michelin-star restaurant, the price is indeed on the higher side. Ladies with a higher budget can go for it because each dish is truly beautiful.
