🎨 Paris Exhibition | Chasing Light and Shadow in the Stacks of Yarn

The Cartier Foundation is currently showcasing nearly 70 works by Colombian artist Olga de Amaral. The artist transforms discarded fabrics and yarns through weaving, sewing, dyeing, stacking, and hanging, creating huge decorative pieces that resemble 3D paintings. My friend and I were amazed by the artist's persistence in making the small scale grand and her ability to handle colors, losing ourselves in the light and shadow she painted for us with yarns and fabrics. The 7€ ticket was well worth it! πŸ“… Exhibition Dates: October 12, 2024 - March 16, 2025 🎫 Admission: Student/Under 26 discounted tickets for 7€ It's recommended to make a reservation on the Cartier Foundation's official website; I was able to book it two hours in advance. If you're lining up on-site, be mindful of the latest entry time, which I believe is 5 PM. #ArtExhibition #ParisExhibition #Paris #ParisLife #WeekendInParis #France
