This is their signature dish, a must-order! The egg yolk is crystal clear, and the pepper perfectly balances the rich cheese flavor and saltiness, making it not greasy at all. We finished every last drop of the sauce, using bread to clean our plates. At first, I thought the portion was a bit small and considered ordering something else. But it turned out to be quite filling when eaten with bread. 🍸 What to Drink The downstairs is a bar called Sotto. Since I personally prefer cocktails with egg white foam and a sweeter taste, I ordered the Dream Catcher.
