This Italian restaurant has been quite popular on Instagram, and it's actually not difficult to make a reservation. However, I once tried to go there on a weekend without a reservation and they were fully booked, so it's better to book in advance if you plan to visit. 📅 The most famous dish in the restaurant is the marinated egg yolk sauce pici pasta, which is basically a must-order for every table. We also ordered another pasta with tomato vodka sauce. I think both pastas are tasty, but neither is particularly outstanding; they are more like carefully prepared home-cooked meals. 🍝 However, the appetizers are more visually and tastefully exceptional. The burrata with pumpkin puree and balsamic glaze, with a layer of vibrant green sauce at the bottom, is like a painting when spread and eaten together. My personal favorite is the beef cheek arancini with tomato sauce and lime garlic mayonnaise. 🥗 Overall, the prices are a bit high compared to the quality, but this restaurant also wins with its central Marais location and the interior decoration.
