Paris Exquisite Long-standing Michelin Two-Star Restaurant 🌟🌟

A restaurant that opened its doors in 1946 Has been crafting exquisite traditional French cuisine for over 70 years Earned its first Michelin star in 1948 Now a proud holder of two Michelin stars ✨ Specializing in classic French cuisine Every dish on the menu is a testament to French classics I opted for the 285€ four-course set dinner Caviar, lobster, and pigeon Each dish was exceptionally delicious ✨Their appetizers and bread were already a delight to my taste buds The amuse-bouche was a serving of raw fish with caviar The first course was lobster Prepared in three different ways The lobster tail flambéed with whisky right at the table The entire dish was rich with the aroma of whisky The lobster head was also grilled and topped with cheese And there was a delectable lobster salad For the main course, I chose pigeon The pigeon was the highlight of the evening! I ordered it medium rare The meat was incredibly tender It arrived with a hint of blood But it tasted absolutely no gamey flavors Just incredibly tender and fragrant! It was truly divine✨ There was also a wide selection of cheeses. The desserts were generally good as well ✨Overall, this restaurant is perfect for experiencing traditional French cuisine The waitstaff, all French, were very humorous The service experience was excellent! #MichelinOneStar #ParisMichelinRestaurant #ParisTwoStarMichelin #TwoStarMichelin #Paris #Paris #ParisFood #ParisExploration #ParisFood #ParisRestaurant #ParisMichelinRecommendedRestaurant
