Paris Food | Hidden Gem Bistro on the Left Bank 🧑🍳
Close to Le Bon Marché Department Store and the Musée d'Orsay, ✨The waiter introduced that their specialty is that everything is grilled, which gives it a special aroma, and here's the menu. I asked the waiter to recommend his favorite dishes to me. 🥩Appetizers: Beef Ribs The waiter proudly told me not to use a knife and fork, as the beef ribs are tender enough to be broken apart with a spoon. He suggested eating a bite of the original flavor, and then mixing it with their special side dishes. 👅: It was amazing, so tender, with a special sauce that was sour and had a refreshing perilla fragrance. An unforgettable deliciousness. 🐟Main Course: Sea Bream A whole fish, split in half and deboned, served with a sprinkle of their special pickled vegetables. 👅: The fish skin was crispy, and the meat was tender and smooth. The grilled flavor wasn't overpowering, and the pickled vegetables matched the fish soup perfectly. The French way of cleaning the plate is to use the bread before the meal to soak up the sauce. 🍞The pre-meal bread was homemade, with a rich wheat aroma, moist, and incredibly tasty. The appetizer was also fantastic. 🍷Semi-open kitchen, a small shop, enthusiastic waiter, reasonable prices, and lunch sets on weekdays. It's just wonderful. Thanks to the red-eye flight, I couldn't check into my room, so I thought I'd have a meal. I really love the style and ambiance of the Left Bank. #ParisExploration #LeftBankFood #ParisRestaurant #Paris
