Paris Food Exploration | Tsukiji Fish Market Kodawari Ramen
đOn the bustling streets of Paris, thereâs a ramen shop that stands out from the crowd. Whether itâs the shopâs decor or the taste experience, Kodawari Ramen offers a unique culinary journey. đStepping through the doors of Kodawari Ramen, youâre greeted by a market-style interior: the walls and corridors are filled with realistic seafood simulations, and iron shelves are stacked with various âmarketâ elements. Itâs as if youâve instantly stepped into a traditional Japanese fish market, giving you the feeling of tasting fresh food at a market stall. The dishes are a fish-flavored ramen like never before, mainly featuring sardines and snapper. The broth ranges from clear to thick, and the fish broth is handled expertly, with no fishy smell at all. đI ordered the Chintan de Daurade Royale, a clear and transparent broth full of seafood aroma. Especially the snapper oil with sansho flavor and the sake-infused snapper slices, which enrich the flavor of the ramen. Paired with sansho marinated chicken chashu, it adds another layer of depth to the bowl of ramen. đThe only downside is that you canât make a reservation, but the two-hour wait in line is worth it. #InterestingShop #Paris #FoodExploration #TonightâsDinner #MyTreasureFoodCollection #TsukijiFishMarket #Ramen #100ShopsChallenge
