Paris French Cuisine | 🤤 Delicious Provençal Dishes! 🥘
🫒 A classmate highly recommended this French restaurant to me, and when I was shopping in the Marais district over the weekend, I passed by and decided to give it a try 🤠. The restaurant is located at a street corner and is very easy to find, with mostly locals dining there. This is a very traditional Provençal family-style French restaurant with unique decor. The outdoor tables and chairs are covered in green and white checks, exuding a full Provence vibe. The interior is warm-toned 💡 and cozy. The appetizers, such as fried small fish, avocado shrimp tartare, and baked goat cheese, all have a distinct Southern French flavor! 😍 For the main course, we ordered green sauce mussels and rosemary duck breast 🦆. The mussels were average but fresh in ingredients. The duck breast had a crispy skin and tender meat!! It wasn't too salty, and a sprinkle of black pepper and salt was enough to bring out the original flavor of the duck 🤤. Dipped in the special sauce, it was absolutely delicious! The side dish included small potatoes fried in duck fat, and the rosemary elevated the flavor to a new level, even better than the meat ✨. Definitely try the chocolate mousse for dessert!! 🍫 The waiter will scoop a generous portion for you, and it's incredibly satisfying to have a bite after the meal 😌. #MyStomachMissedThis #WhereToGo #DocumentingMyLife #EuropeanTravel #ParisFood #ParisWanderingGuide
