Paris Gastronomy | Jaja French Cuisine: Full of Atmosphere 🌟
Finally, we checked out the affordable Michelin-starred Jaja, a French restaurant with a small courtyard that perfectly matches the vibe of the Marais district. 🍽️🌿 For starters, we had salmon, grilled scallops, and beef carpaccio. The marinated salmon was refreshing with a hint of fruity aroma 🍣✨. The grilled scallops were tender and had a great texture. The beef carpaccio was the best of the night, also with a fruity aroma, a touch of sweetness, and very distinctive. 🥩🌹 The main courses were lamb, veal, and roast chicken. To be honest, it was my first time trying lamb that wasn't fully cooked, and it wasn't gamey, but it was a bit tough to chew. The base seemed to be a sort of hummus, and the accompanying vegetables were tasteless and tough. 🐏🥔 The veal was tender, served with mashed potatoes and bok choy—a first for me in a French restaurant! 🐄🥬 The roast chicken was the smallest portion and quite standard in flavor. 🐓 The appetizers were all great, but the main courses were just average. We shared the dishes and even found the sauces to be quite similar. 🤔 The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, perfect for sipping a drink and having a leisurely chat over wine 🍷. It's said that the menu changes regularly, and indeed, I didn't see any dishes from other posts. #ParisFoodie #ParisFoodAdventure #ParisFrenchCuisineRecommendations #LittleParisFrenchCuisine #MaraisDistrict #AtmosphereRestaurant #AffordableMichelin #WhatToEatOnTheWeekend
