Paris Gastronomy 🥘 | Super Satisfying Sukiyaki 🔥

Many friends consider it the No.1 Japanese cuisine in Paris. The must-try dish is their sukiyaki. It's almost an essential order at every table in the restaurant. In addition, their hand-rolled sushi 🍣 is also astonishingly delicious. Reservations are recommended ✅ You can find their official website on Google, just fill in the information and choose a time. If there's no suitable time, you can also make a reservation directly by phone. Sushi 🍣 Each order comes with 2 pieces, and the price is a bit steep, but it's truly worth every penny. The wasabi is pre-mixed, but you can ask them to leave it out if you don't like it. We ordered: TORO Tuna Belly We had the middle part of the belly, but the texture is still delicate with a rich, fatty aroma. Loved it ❤️ AMAEBI Sweet Prawn 🦐 Served with the tail shell on, it's very sweet and sticky! The highest praise for sweet prawns. FOIE GRAS The sweet, juicy foie gras paired with salty seaweed, my favorite, it's an explosion 💥 in your mouth with each bite. Sukiyaki 🥘 You can choose between local European beef or Wagyu, with a portion of 120g per person. If your wallet 👝 can handle it, go for the Wagyu without hesitation. The marbled Wagyu, cooked to a slight doneness with a sweet and salty sauce, paired with smooth egg liquid, has a tender texture. After the beef, the cabbage and mushrooms in the pot are also very flavorful. Additionally, you can try their fruit wine 🍑, it's a refreshing, sweet and sour drink that pairs well with beef. The price per person at this restaurant, around 100-150, is not exactly beautiful, but the experience, aside from the price, is almost impeccable. #ParisFood #ParisJapaneseCuisine #ParisFoodExploration #ParisTravel #AtmosphereRestaurant #HiddenGemRestaurant #GlobalFoodAndDrinkSquad #LifeInFrance #Sukiyaki
