Paris Hidden Seafood Gem - Caché
💗This restaurant truly lives up to its name, being very “hidden” indeed. It’s located behind an old residential building, and I had to wind my way around several corners and search for quite a while before finding it. But the food was surprisingly delicious! 💗My two favorite dishes were the sashimi and the tuna tartare. You must order these two! The texture and the sauces were amazing! The lobster was a bit of a letdown. It was difficult to get the meat out of the shell, and it made for a rather messy eating experience. The meat was a bit tough, and the smoked preparation wasn’t to my liking. 💗As for chives, I usually don’t like them on their own, but the ones here were actually pretty good! They had a slight spiciness and were sprinkled with crushed peanuts, which made the flavor quite magical. They tasted really fragrant (with a hint of slightly burnt aroma) and also retained the natural sweetness of the vegetable. 💗The main course, the royal sea bream, was ordered mainly for its unique presentation. The combination of soy sauce and kiwi sauce was particularly suitable for those who enjoy sweet flavors. The tuna was also exceptional, with a rich texture and beautifully presented in vibrant red and green colors, thanks to the chef’s delicious sauce. 📍Caché 13 Villa Riberolle, 75020 Paris, France #Paris #ParisLife #ParisStoreVisit #ParisFood
