Paris La Jacobine French Cuisine Recommendation
Top1️⃣ Foie Gras Salad A must-order!! It’s incredibly delicious!! The foie gras is smooth and delicate, and the pairing with fruit jam is simply perfect. It’s not greasy at all and tastes amazing! 🍽️ Top2️⃣ Duck Confit The duck skin is crispy and fragrant, while the meat is tender. It has a flavor somewhat similar to cured meat, which I, as someone from Zhejiang, really enjoy. It’s way better than the duck I had near the Louvre a few days ago!! 🍗 Top3️⃣ Braised Lamb Shank The lamb shank is tender and flavorful. The side dish includes figs and has a slight hint of spice. 🍖 The escargot is average, at a normal level. If you’ve never tried it, you can give it a go. 🐌 🍰 Desserts Both the Napoleon and raspberry tart are delicious. They have a lower sweetness level compared to many French pastry shops. The Napoleon has a rich coffee aroma, and the raspberry tart is tangy and refreshing. 🍰 Four of us ordered a bottle of sweet white wine. The average cost per person was €27. The value for money is really high! If you can make a reservation in advance, it’s definitely worth a try. The phone line is often busy, so it’s best to book in person at the restaurant. 📞 #FrenchCuisine #BeautifulMeals #WesternFood #Paris #France #FoodieDiary
