🌟 Paris Michelin 1-Star - 114 Faubourg in Bristol 🌟

I’ve been to this place four or five times already! After strolling around the antique fair at Saint Sulpice Church tonight, I was super hungry and couldn’t decide where to eat, so I came back here again. 😋 The restaurant has one Michelin star and is located in the Bristol Hotel, so the service is, of course, impeccable. 🍄🥩🐓🍓 For starters, I had the mushroom tart and meat jelly in puff pastry—both were delicious! The mushrooms were tender and juicy, and the meat jelly was even better than the one at Maison Verot, with a rich and intense foie gras flavor. For the main course, I went with their signature dish once again—the famous two-way Bresse roast chicken. They bring out the whole chicken to show you before they start carving it right in front of you, which feels a bit like having Peking duck! 🦆 First, they serve the chicken breast, followed by the chicken leg. You can tell this chicken was free-range—it’s flavorful and tender with a satisfying chew, but not dry. The skin is crispy and golden, and paired with potatoes and the perfect sauce, it’s absolutely delicious. 😍 If you have a smaller appetite, just one chicken is more than enough! I was so full! For dessert, I had figs with raspberry sauce—the tartness was refreshing and cut through the richness of the meal. Highly recommend this place for chicken lovers! 🐓 It’s a bit pricey compared to other Michelin 1-star restaurants, but the service is fantastic, so it’s worth it. #MichelinRestaurantReview #LuxuryOnAPlate #FrenchCuisine #HiddenGem #RestaurantsIDontMindRepeating #RestaurantRecommendation #ParisMichelinOneStar #ParisMichelinDining #ParisFoodAdventures #ParisFrenchCuisine
