🌟🌟🌟 Paris Michelin Epicure 🌟🌟🌟

Located in the Le Bristol hotel, this is a Michelin three-star restaurant. The service, dishes, and flavors are all excellent. The first three dishes are very light, especially the pearl oysters, which are fresh and sweet. The crab claw jelly is particularly delicious, beautifully presented, with sweet crab meat, truffle butter that melts in your mouth, and fresh flowers. Each bite has a strong sense of layering but also matches very well. I really like it! The crayfish and matsutake dish should be my favorite of the night! The salty-sweet lobster meat with the foam made from lobster juice, plus the freshness of the matsutake mushrooms. This bite is straight to the top of the head, it's so delicious! 😋 The fish dish has an indescribable feeling. The sauce has a taste of tom yum, paired with cod. To be honest, I personally feel that the sauce is too strong, covering the taste of the fish. The scallops from Normandy are very sweet! Paired with caviar, vegetable juice, and small dumplings, they are really fresh! The pigeon breast is also very good in my opinion, with just the right cooking time, and the pigeon meat is very delicate and soft, with a very special taste! The desserts here are excellent, not too sweet, just right! Their Napoleon cake is probably the best I've ever had in my life! Today's wine pairing is selected by the sommelier according to each dish, and it's very good! They have two tasting menus, one with 6 dishes for 340 euros, and the other with 8 dishes for 440 euros. The wine pairing is basically 250-300 euros per person. It's a standard three-star price. Tip: Their wine list needs to be carefully selected, some wines are quite a bargain, such as Romanée-Conti. 😋 #Michelin #MichelinRestaurant #MichelinRestaurantAdventure #MichelinThreeStars #Paris #ParisFood #FrenchCuisine #MichelinGuide #RecommendedMichelinWesternRestaurant
