A one-star restaurant that I鈥檝e visited twice Recommendation: 馃専馃専馃専馃専馃専 Price: 150馃挾 per person (excluding drinks) 馃専Sola is a Japanese-French fusion cuisine restaurant. The chef, Kosuke Nabeta, is also a ceramist, allowing you to appreciate each piece of reborn tableware while enjoying the culinary experience. I really love the overall atmosphere; although both times I could only secure a spot at the bar, it doesn鈥檛 diminish my love for Sola!!! 馃専A fun aspect is that when each dish is served, they won鈥檛 tell you what it is. Instead, they encourage you to guess what鈥檚 in the dish after you鈥檝e tasted it, which also helps you become more familiar with the restaurant鈥檚 menu. 馃嵔锔廢nfortunately, today鈥檚 menu wasn鈥檛 as rich as the one at the end of 2023. I absolutely adored their previous dessert with black sesame and chili pepper! That dessert was such a delightful surprise!!! In short, it鈥檚 definitely worth a try!!!
