Paris Michelin One-Star Recommendation | Happiness for 65 Euros 🌟

I've dined at Michelin restaurants in London, Rome, and Paris, and the one in Paris is the best! None of the dishes disappointed, and the pacing of the service was perfect—neither too rushed nor too slow. I highly recommend it to everyone! 🍽️ The restaurant is called Le Violon d'Ingres. You can make reservations through the Michelin guide. Dinner is quite pricey, ranging from 170 to 220 euros per person, but the lunch menu is a great deal at 65 euros per person. Our bill for five people came to 392 euros. The location is just a few hundred meters from the Eiffel Tower, and after the meal, you can head straight to the Champ de Mars for a close-up view of the Eiffel Tower. 🗼 For the appetizer, I strongly recommend the salmon 🍣. My friend said it was the best salmon he's ever had, even better than what you'd find in a Japanese restaurant. The freshness and sweetness of the salmon explode in your mouth along with the caviar. And of course, in France, you can't miss out on foie gras 🦆. This dish costs an extra 20 euros, but it's worth it. The foie gras is incredibly rich and fatty, perfectly complemented by fruits like apricots, pears, and figs to cut through the richness. The main course, duck breast 🦆, was just okay. The skin was crispy, but it was a bit too thick and not very flavorful. It was a bit overcooked and had a slight gamey taste. The squid stew with beans, on the other hand, was well-seasoned and had delicious bits of bacon. The dessert was a delightful highlight! The Napoleon was the best I've ever had 🍰. The layers of puff pastry were perfectly flaky and buttery, paired with just the right amount of not-too-sweet whipped cream. For Chinese people, the highest praise for a dessert is that it's not too sweet. The waiter, a friendly Black man, poured caramel sauce on my dad's dessert. I said, "My dad loves it," and he immediately added more for my dad, saying, "More for Papa!" At the end of the meal, he even shook my dad's hand and said, "Thank you, Papa!" It made my dad so happy, and the emotional value was through the roof. We tipped him happily. The protein soufflé was also excellent. The complimentary petit fours, including Madeleines and chocolate tart, were delicious. The little extras are always the fun part of a Michelin experience! 🎉 #MichelinRestaurantReview #RestaurantRecommendation #Paris #ParisianCuisine #FrenchFood #HiddenGems #TreasureRestaurantShare #ParisTravel #AmbianceRestaurant #FoodieDaily
