✅Although it's a Michelin-recommended restaurant, reservations are surprisingly easy to make. I booked it on the official website three days in advance. ✅I chose the four-course lunch set. (€45) Appetizer: Mussels Tartare, Crepes, XO Sauce, and Fennel Salad The combination of fennel and cheese is incredibly refreshing. I've made fennel root salad at home before, but the preparation here is much more delicate and flavorful. ✅Main courses come in two parts: The first is fish stewed with white beans, served with bonne femme sauce, Spanish chorizo, and herb sprinkles. The fish initially seemed bland, but as it mixed with the white sauce below, it became increasingly delicious. The second is roasted pork with red onion chutney, Mimolette sausage, mashed sweet potatoes, and gravy. This roasted pork is incredibly flavorful and has earned endless praise. ✅Dessert: Rice pudding, milk jam, popcorn with caramel ice cream. ✅Each dish immerses you in the joy of cooking. ✅The chef changes the menu every two weeks, offering a surprise menu experience. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, with enthusiastic staff who will even squat down to chat with you. It's also suitable for those who enjoy dining alone. #ParisFoodExploration #mova #MichelinRecommended #FrenchCuisine #CreativeFrenchCuisine #HiddenGemsOfParis #Paris17thArrondissement
