Paris Michelin Restaurant | Le Gabriel 🌟🌟🌟

Le Gabriel 🌟We had already made reservations for this restaurant before arriving in Paris, and we were particularly looking forward to it. The day we went happened to be the day before the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics, so there were blockades everywhere. Fortunately, my husband was resourceful and applied for a pass online, which allowed us to travel without any hindrance. We were walking through the center of Paris with hardly anyone else around. 🌟Let's shift the conversation back to the food. This restaurant offers set menus divided into four different themes, with two types of set menus available for each theme. Each type allows you to choose from 7 or 9 dishes. We selected the "Stopover" lunch menu for our visit. 🌟It was my first time experiencing Michelin restaurant service in Paris with my husband, which was quite different from fine dining in Australia. In Australia, the atmosphere is more approachable, and they really enjoy chatting with diners. At this Michelin restaurant, we experienced what it's like to be treated like royalty. What struck me the most was that every dish was served by two people at the exact same time, placed on the table simultaneously, lids removed in unison, and sauces poured together. The explanation of each dish was also very professional. 🌟No dish disappointed, and the combination of ingredients was truly astonishing. The delicacy is beyond description; every dish requires careful savoring. If I had to choose which dish was more delicious and left a deep impression, it would be the eggplant and tuna combination (pictured in the sixth photo) and the two main courses, lobster and chicken. The taste cannot be simply described as delicious; I'm at a loss for words. I just wanted to quietly enjoy the flavors in my mouth at that moment. The menu is attached at the end. Even after returning to Sydney months later, I still can't stop thinking about it. If you have the chance to visit Paris, do give it a try, but remember to book well in advance. Price per person: $150-300 Ambience: 🌟🌟🌟 #MichelinRestaurantExploration #ParisFoodDiscovery #ParisMichelinRestaurant #France #ParisOlympics #MichelinRestaurant #RestaurantRecommendation #Paris #FrenchCuisine
