đđ„ Paris Michelin Three Stars đ„ Epicure
On my first day in Paris, I checked off the renowned Epicure, the legendary first Michelin three-star restaurant in Europe. đ The location is fantastic, on the first floor of the famous six-star hotel LeBristol, a ten-minute walk to the Champs-ĂlysĂ©es. đ The restaurant's decor and ambiance are excellent, featuring classic traditional French style, with a view of the hotel's French garden. đœïž The food is beyond praise. Even after two months back in Toronto, thinking about their caviar mashed potatoes makes my mouth water đ« đ« đ« . They offer Ă la carte options or a tasting menu, but their most famous "bladder chicken" is only available Ă la carte. Those with a small appetite might consider ordering the bladder chicken alone, but the tasting menu is definitely more comprehensive. The bladder chicken is essentially a very tender steamed chicken, served in two ways, with the sauce dominating the flavor over the chicken itself. But the presentation is impeccableâit's just fancy. đ€”đ» Lastly, I must say, the service at Epicure is impeccable! The waitstaff are professional and enthusiastic, always serving and clearing dishes in pairs, as if they're keeping time with a beat. Every tablecloth is ironed to perfection, without a single crease. For those who love details, it's truly lovable!! Who in my family understands this?! Considering the quality of their food, service, and decor, there's no need to leave a tip, which I don't understand why those pseudo-Michelin restaurants in Canada are so high-handed, with a minimum of 18%-20% for gratuity. In short, if you have the chance to visit Paris, be sure to experience Epicure. It's probably just the price of a one or two Michelin star restaurant in North America. #ParisFood #ParisFoodExploration #Europe #ParisMichelin #MichelinThreeStars #ParisRestaurant
